Job Description

Greet the public, handling their inquiries and answering telephones in a cordial manner as part of the Greencroft service effort. Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, & deposits for the Middlebury Senior Center. Assist with other clerical tasks.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Administrative Assistant experience

Able to daily meet the public in a congenial and courteous manner

Able to manage time efficiently

Eager to learn and take responsibility.

Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Accounts receivable experience.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Publisher, Excel and Word.

Compensation and Schedule

Schedule: Part time 20 hours a week 

$10.87 and hour
