Job Description:
Pantry Team Leaders are responsible to serve food in a safe and sanitary manner, provide leadership for dining attendants, and promote team effort within the department.
Duties Include:
- Following posted menus, standardized recipes, and production sheets
- Meet time demands of meal schedules
- Interact with residents, staff, & guests
- Provide Leadership & promote team effort
- Perform various food service duties
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service experience is helpful
- Ability to read and communicate with others. Willing to learn food safety and sanitation principles, operation of institutional equipment, and food preparation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
Schedule:
- Must work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Weekend Shift Pay: Additional $1.00
- Am shift 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- PM shift 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
