Job Description:

Pantry Team Leaders are responsible to serve food in a safe and sanitary manner, provide leadership for dining attendants, and promote team effort within the department.

Duties Include:

  • Following posted menus, standardized recipes, and production sheets
  • Meet time demands of meal schedules
  • Interact with residents, staff, & guests
  • Provide Leadership & promote team effort
  • Perform various food service duties

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food service experience is helpful
  • Ability to read and communicate with others. Willing to learn food safety and sanitation principles, operation of institutional equipment, and food preparation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently

Schedule:

  • Must work every other weekend and every other holiday
    • Weekend Shift Pay:  Additional $1.00
    • Am shift 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
    • PM shift 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
