Job Description

Lead the general maintenance of buildings and equipment and perform all other tasks required for physical plant operation. Assist in supervision of maintenance team members.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Three or more year’s general maintenance experience required.
  3. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Skills in and good understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry.
  6. Ability to drive a golf cart, lift designated weight levels and climb ladders.
  7. Ability to work without close supervision while maintaining Greencroft Maintenance Department standards of conduct and job performance.

Hours Per Week

40 hours per week


Monday – Friday



Full time benefit package available.

$17.28 – $21.60 based on experience
