Job Description:

Info Center Attendants will provide primary communication link between the public, Greencroft residents, and Greencroft staff.

Duties Include:

  • Promptly answering switchboard
  • Accurately handle emergency situations 
  • Update resident statuses (admissions, discharges, etc)
  • Serve as office concierge for all departments
  • Sort & distribute resident and team member mail
  • Maintain and balance petty cash, Resident Trust Fund monies, and gift shop funds

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Switchboard or clerical experience preferred
  • Handle medical & non-medical emergencies efficiently, effectively, and accurately
  • Proficient typing skills required & knowledgeable in office machine operations


  • Part time Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Sunday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
